What data do we process?
There is no online payment on the site. When you register, we process your company or store name, full name, mobile phone, city, an irreversible hash of your password (the password itself is not stored) and the times of your application, approval and last login. When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, we process the information you share, such as your name, company or store name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and order contents. When you visit the site, the hosting provider keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser information and visit time for security and to keep the service running.
Cart, favourites and cookies
Products you add to your cart and favourites are stored only on your own device, in the browser’s local storage, and are not sent to us. When you share your cart via WhatsApp, you send the message yourself. When you log in, a necessary session cookie (vt_uye, up to 30 days) is used to keep you logged in; it is deleted when you log out. We do not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking on the site.
For which purposes and on which legal grounds?
Your data is processed to evaluate your membership application and show wholesale prices only to approved buyers, to answer your questions, to handle orders, to arrange invoicing and delivery, to meet our legal obligations and to keep the site secure. The legal grounds are those listed in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Transfer of data
Your data may be shared, only as far as necessary for the relevant purpose, with shipping and logistics companies, our accountant and authorised public bodies. The site is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., located abroad; visit logs are processed by this provider. Membership records are stored on the database infrastructure of Upstash Inc., located abroad. Messages you send via WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure. The map on the Contact and About pages is shown with Google Maps; when the map loads, your browser connects to Google.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. If you ask for your membership to be deleted, your membership record is deleted. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction when the conditions are met; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your requests by e-mail or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
